A Pony Ride
by
Nathan Oliver
This is Pumpkin the pony.
I love to ride ponies.
One dry afternoon in March, Grandma and Grandpa Oliver invited my sister and I out for a pony ride.
First, my sister got to ride. I had to wait patiently for my turn.
Then it was my turn. I even signed pony right when I got on.
I reached out to pet him.
And then I gave him a hug.
My Mommy got brave enough to let go of me to see if I could balance on my own. She had nothing to sweat about because I am a big boy now and my balance is getting so good!
Daddy, Sister, and Grandma went with Pumpkin and I on a walk down the gravel road. It was so much fun!
After my turn was over, Sister and Grandpa took Pumpkin on a walk. I think this was Sister's favorite part of the day.
The End.

I think that *may* be the first time I've seen a picture of you on here! :) Probably why I didn't recognize you at the RTS conference! LOL
